Mechanical guillotine shear for thin material up to 4 mm. Lengths from 1550 to 3080 mm.
Overview
The rigid monoblock frame provides maximum cutting precision. The backgauge is automatic and digitally controlled, motorized to 750 mm; the gauge on the 3 mm version is manual at 550 mm. Schneider-Siemens electrical components with ventilated electrical cabinet ensure long-term reliability. A mechanical sheet-holding system keeps the sheet in position during cutting.
Blade-gap adjustment is easy to operate by lever. Roller bearings on the table make sheet feeding into the machine easier. Front support arms include a 750 mm scale. Category 4 infrared barrier with CE compliance, emergency stop button and side cover guards are included.
