CNC hydraulic guillotine shear with variable cutting angle. From 6 to 20 mm mild steel, lengths up to 6100 mm.
Overview
Elgo P40 Touch or Cybelec Touch 6 CNC control. Rotating mobile control arm. Table with roller bearing to make sheet feeding easier and prevent scratches. Heavy-steel monoblock frame produced with modern fabrication methods. Automatic motorized CNC backgauge with 1000 mm stroke, guides and ball screws. Programmable, retractable and swing functions for longer sheets.
The hydraulic sheet-holding system keeps the sheet in position during the cutting process. ALPMAC hydraulic cylinders are precision-machined, with hardened, ground and chromed forged-steel pistons. Automatic cutting angle is controlled by the CNC servo valve. Upper and lower blades are made from high-quality alloy for long life, with 2 cutting edges on the upper blade and 4 on the lower blade.
