CNC hydraulic press brake with 2D graphic programming. From 40 to 1000 tons, from 1300 to 6100 mm.
Overview
Model B is configured with standard Cybelec Touch 8 2D graphic controller or ESA 830-2D graphic controller, with manual bending-sequence calculations and included offline software. Maximum up and down speed exceeds 120 mm/sec, with ±0.005 mm precision thanks to Heidenhain or GIVI optical scales. The CNC backgauge is built with extremely robust linear guides and ball screws.
The hydraulic block, special silent pumps and Hoerbiger or Bosch Rexroth valve group are produced to CE standard, ensuring high performance and low maintenance. Sliding and adjustable front support arms are included. The backgauge uses servo motors with ±0.03 mm precision.
