Overview
The privileged double servo drive, extremely fast, productive and intelligent, ensures faster cycle times and more parts per hour. The advanced combination of double-drive servomotors with ball-screw mechanism immediately reaches maximum speed and slows smoothly to a safe bending speed. 2G acceleration on the Y axes provides greater versatility with no scrap.
The Series E design has no unnecessary links or moving parts, making the machine easy to maintain. Stand-by consumption is only 0.48 kW, compared with 1.5 kW on hydraulic series, with an 80% noise reduction compared with traditional hydraulic systems.
